ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.99 of 2013 dated 07.11.2013 on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.99 of 2013, the 1st respondent filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pondicherry and assigned as C.C.No.133 of 2017.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
