(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Mr.Mangukiya, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall remove all office objections if the First Appeal is restored.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the main First Appeal (St) No.2144/11 is restored and the delay is condoned for restoration on condition that the applicant deposits the amount of Rs.500/- with the High Court Legal Aid and further removes all office objections, both within two weeks and the same is verified by the office.
The present application as well as Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.374/12 shall stand disposed of accordingly.
