The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayer-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the authority concerned to award the marks of question no. 63 of language Sanskrit and question 40 of language Hindi of question booklet series 'D' and to adduce them with the marks obtained by the petitioner and to declare successful to the petitioner in U.P. T.E.T Examination 2018 of High Primary Level conducted by the respondent no. 2.
2. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2018, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It is contented in the writ petition that an advertisement was published by the Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. Allahabad inviting applications from the eligible candidates for the examination of T.E.T (Higher Primary Level). She was allotted Roll No. 3522312066. Subsequently, she appeared in the examination held on 18.11.2018.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she was not awarded correct marks in respect to question no. 63 of language Sanskrit and question 40 of language Hindi of question booklet series 'D'. In this regard petitioner has made representation before respondent no. 2 on 24.12.2018 which is Annexure-7 to the writ petition.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed with the direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. Allahabad along with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made the aforesaid authority will pass appropriate order, in accordance with law within a period of four months thereafter.
