1. Affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent No.2 is taken on record.
2. It is not in dispute even as per the say of respondent No.2 that he left the job of L & T company on 02.07.2011 and application for maintenance was filed by the wife on 16.08.2010. Therefore, keeping other issues open for consideration, at least the applicant-wife is entitled to receive maintenance for herself and also for her minor child at least upto July 2011 and the income during the period, when the petitioner was serving as a Senior Manager in L & T company, was not in doubt and, therefore, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to pay Rs.25,000/- per month from the date of application i.e. 16.08.2010 to 30.06.2011 and such amount of arrears is ordered to be deposited on or before 10.05.2012.
