In view of the fact that petitioner has already represented her grievance before the authorities, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her representation before the authorities themselves.
The writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed.
It goes without saying that such representation of the petitioner shall be dealt with as per law.
