Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application, the applicants have sought for a suitable direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court to decide the Case No.48 of 2017, under Section 125, Cr.P.C., P.S. Bisarakh, District Gautam Budh Nagar, within the time stipulated by this Court.
Submission is that the application of the applicant under Section 125, Cr.P.c. is pending since 22.10.2017.
The application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court to decide the case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order before it.
