Counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and submits that the petitioner would comply with requirements as indicated in the letter dated 21.4.2018 (Annexure 9), within a period of four weeks from today. His statement is recorded and accepted. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Petition is disposed of.
It is needless to mention that once the petitioner makes the compliance as per letter dated 21.4.2018 (Annexure 9), the concerned authority may consider his map/plan in accordance with law.
