By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"i) direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, District Kannauj to decide the Case No.587/12/19 "Seema Vs. Alok Tiwari" within stipulated period of time."
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that dispute is matrimonial in nature, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice the concerned party/parties and after giving full opportunity of hearing to the party/parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
