Heard Sri Shahabuddin for the petitioner and Sri Ayank Mishra for the respondents.
This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to grant family pension, provident fund, gratuity and other post retiral dues of Late Murari Lal Srivastava, husband of the petitioner.
It has been stated that Late Murari Lal Srivastava, husband of the petitioner, was Office Assistant. He died on 31.10.2014.
It may be mentioned that 31.10.2014 is the date of superannuation of Late Murari Lal Srivastava, but the post retiral dues, as well as family pension, have not been given to the petitioner till today. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before General Manager (respondent-3).
The writ petition is disposed of directing General Manager (respondent-3) to decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
