Controversy raised in the present petition is squarely covered by the adjudication made by this Court in Writ Petition No.6529 of 2021, decided on 22.07.2021, in which reliance is placed upon a judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Jyoti Yadav and another vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh and others being Writ Petition (Civil) No.322 of 2021, decided on 08.04.2021.
In the present case also petitioner has disclosed higher marks while submitting her application form, whereas she actually scored lesser marks. In such view of the matter appointment offered to petitioner has not been given effect to. This writ petition is also dismissed in view of the aforesaid.
