Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 1/Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil- Khaleelabad District Sant Kabir Nagar to decide the case No.
336 of 2010, (Smt. Seema Singh Vs. Ram Swaroop (Now deceased) filed under section 34 L.R. Act, for the land situated in village-Mahuvi, Tappa-Dakhin Haveli, Pargana-Magharpur, Tehsil-Khaleelabad District-Sant Kabir Nagar pending before him within a short time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2010.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
