Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the prayer during the course of the day.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the mutation case being Case No.T-20130544041395 of 2013 under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasaya, District Kushinagar may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T- 20130544041395 of 2013 be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
