Heard Mr. Krishna Datta Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This amendment application has been filed seeking amendment in the prayer clause of the present application on the ground that in stead of the description of the court below as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kushi Nagar, it has wrongly been mentioned as Chief Judicial Magistrate Kashya Kushi Nagar. He therefore submits that the word Kashya occurring in the description of the court below may be permitted to be deleted.
Amendment made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to delete the word Kashya occurring in the prayer clause of the present application.
With the aforesaid directions, the present amendment application stands allowed.

In view of the order passed on the Amendment Application No.
3 of 2018 today, the present correction application is also allowed.
The word Kashya occurring in the third line of the second paragraph and in the 7th line of the second last paragraph of the order dated 09.05.2018 shall be deemed to be omitted.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 09.05.2018.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application stands finally disposed of.
