The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the election petition being Election Petition No.T-202105440413193 (Smt. Seema Pandey vs. Smt. Shivani Pandey & Ors.) under section 12-C of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kasiya, District Kushinagar be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid election petition.
It is, therefore, directed that the Election Petition No.T- 202105440413193 (Smt. Seema Pandey vs. Smt. Shivani Pandey & Ors.) be decided within a period of six months from the date of service of notice upon the opposite parties. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
