JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are accused in Crime No.49 of 2014 of the Ranny Police station for the offences punishable under secs.420, 405, 406 and 206 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has given me the report dated 07.04.2014 of the Sub Inspector, Ranny Police station. There, it is stated that it is necessary to conduct further investigation to ascertain whether the petitioners are involved in the commission of the alleged offences or not.
3. In the light of that, the petitioners cannot have any genuine apprehension of arrest.
The application is disposed of as under.
It is directed that in case the officer investigating Crime No.49 of 2014 of the Ranny Police station requires attendance of the petitioners or any of them for any purpose, Bail Appl. No. 2577 of 2014 2 notice under Sec.41A of the Cr.P.C. shall be served on them. On serving of such notice, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief.
