The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 2105 of 2012 within a stipulated period.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the suit was dismissed in default but was subsequently restored by order dated 03.09.2015. The defendants were directed to be served again. Since then service could not be effected upon the defendants.
Having regard to the said fact, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as the defendants are duly served, the trial court shall make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously.
