Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rahul Chaudhary, learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA.
2. The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, namely, Mrs. Seema Goel, Case Crime No. 1889 of 2018, under Sections- 420, 406, 409 and 120-B IPC, Police Station- Kavi Nagar, District- Ghaziabad.

Prior notice of this bail application was served in the office of Government Advocate and as per Chapter XVIII, Rule 18 of the Allahabad High Court Rules and as per direction dated 20.11.2020 of this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No. 8072 of 2020, Govind Mishra @ Chhotu Versus State of U.P., hence, this anticipatory bail application is being heard. Grant of further time to the learned A.G.A as per Section 438 (3) Cr.P.C. (U.P. Amendment) is not required.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that co-accuseeds, Mamta Mittal, Renu Gupta and Reshu Gupta have earlier approached this court for grant of anticipatory bail in the present case and their anticipatory bail application were rejected by this court on 18.02.2021. However, considering the facts that co-accuseds were women they are granted one month's time to surrender and obtain bail. The orders of the aforesaid applications have been placed before this court.
5. In view of the above, anticipatory bail application is rejected.
6. However, the applicant is granted one month's time to surrender and obtain Bail from the competent court. During this period she will not be arrested.
