Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State/ respondent nos.1 to 3 and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner no.1 is the mother of petitioner no.2 and petitioner no.2 has illegally been detained by respondent nos. 4 and 5.
Per contra, learned AGA has submitted that in respect of present incident, petitioner no.1 has lodged FIR against respondent nos. 4 and 5 on 18.02.2021, which has been registered vide Case Crime No. 75 of 2021, under Sections 366, 507, 120-B IPC and Sections 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Allahabad and the police is investigating the matter.
In view of the above facts, this habeas corpus writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
