Heard Shri Bharatji Agarwal, learned Senior Counsel along with Shri Piyush Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri C.B.Tripathi, learned Special Counsel for the State.
Shri C.B.Tripathi, learned Special Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 will file a counter affidavit within three weeks.
List for admission thereafter.
In the meanwhile, re-assessment proceedings for the assessment year 2008-2009 under the U.P VAT Act shall remain stayed.
