This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of charge sheet dated 29.4.2015 as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1460 of 2015 (State vs. Nazim alias Sharik and others) arising out of Case Crime No.300 of 2014, under sections 323, 324, 504 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Fatehpur, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant says that he does not want to press the prayer with regard to quashing of the charge-sheet. It has been made to appear by the counsel that there is some application dated 30.3.2017 moved in the court below but no orders have been passed upon the same. Some direction to expedite the disposal of the application has been sought by the counsel.
Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
In the absence of complete record this court is not in a position to know the exact status of proceedings or the reasons for non- disposal of such application, if there is any.
However, this application stands disposed of with the direction that if there is any such application dated 30.3.2017 and no adequate orders have been passed upon the same, the Court below will look into the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as it may deem fit expeditiously.
