Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Gorakhpur to decide the. Case No. 1208 of 2015 (Alok Agrahari vs. Seema Gupta Agrahari) filed under Section 13 (1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet it is apparently clear that the matter is being delayed unnecessarily by the respondents and due to pendency of the aforesaid case, the petitioner is not in a position to settle her life properly. Even on several occasions, the Court below has imposed cost against the respondent no. 2.
Considering the facts of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the lPrincipal Judge, Family Court, District Gorakhpur to decide the. Case No. 1208 of 2015 (Alok Agrahari vs. Seema Gupta Agrahari) filed under Section 13 (1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, as expeditiously as possible, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
