The learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced a sale deed, dated 16.09.2005, bearing Document Nos.5279 and 5286 of 2015 for the perusal of the Court. Hence, the matter has already been settled out of Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from his client.
2. Hence, the prayer in the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
