The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Spl.S.C. No. 20 of 2017 on the file of the Mahila Court, Cuddalore, and quash the same.
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners, have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into an agreement dated 11.08.2017.
3. The defacto complainant as well as the petitioners are personally present before this Court and also have been identified by the second respondent police. An affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 06.09.2017 is also filed to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection to quash the case in Spl.S.C. No. 20 of 2017 on the file of the Mahila Court, Cuddalore. Affidavit filed by the defacto complainant shall form part of the order.
4. Recording the same, the proceedings in Spl.S.C. No. 20 of 2017 on the file of the Mahila Court, Cuddalore is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
