JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioners 2 and 3 as well as the respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and identified themselves.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending proceedings in C.C.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, the respondent/de-facto complainant and the petitioners along with one Deepan who is the brother of the first petitioner have amicably settled the issue among themselves and to this effect, the de-facto complainant has also filed an affidavit dated 24.07.2017 stating that she has no objection if the proceedings in C.C.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode is quashed.
4.It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the respondent/de-facto complainant has no objection to quash the proceedings against her husband as well as the fourth accused though they are not present before this Court.
5.Recording the submissions made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by her, the entire proceedings in C.C.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
