JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has circulated a letter, dated 23.11.2017, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original petition with liberty to raise all contentions of the petitioners before the trial Court. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption ?for withdrawal? and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is given to the petitioners to raise all their contentions before the trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
