Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 07.08.2015 in M.P.(MD) No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD) No.14044 of 2015 has been complied with and produced copy of the proceedings of the second respondent dated 17.04.2017 in Na.Ka.A1/911/2015.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the submissions and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is made clear that the petitioner is entitled to agitate his right for claiming monetary benefits in accordance with law. No costs.
