Annexure A Agreement for bottling arrangement contains the arbitration clause. The same provides for resolution of the disputes by Arbitration. The dispute between the petitioner and respondent has necessarily to be resolved by adopting such course.

2. I therefore appoint Mr. Justice C. Sankaran Nair (Retired) as the sole Arbitrator in this case. The Arbitrator is free to fix his fee and also the venue of hearing.

The Arbitration Request is allowed.
