This Contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/respondents and punish them for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5069 of 2015, dated 07.04.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced the proceedings in F.M.vz;.42/ggp-,5/jehmNghf(F)/ehif/ 2016> dated 19.06.2017.
