JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms.S.Chamundeeswari has come to this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent-Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai to dispose of her representation dated 30.11.2016 for issuance of license for running the bunk shop on the line of Thirumangalam Mugappair Main Road, by the side of Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd., Opp. Arignar Anna Commercial Complex, Thirumangalam, Chennai for selling tea, coffee, and allied fast foods 24 hours.
2. P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.
3. This Court, considering the limited relief, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the second respondent-Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
