JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the Corporation states that there have been subsequent development as the premises was inspected on 21.12.2016 when deviation and unauthorized construction was found on the ground floor of 101 sq.mts. and on the first floor of 57 sq.mts. for which, locking and sealing notice has been issued on 21.12.2016. It is assured that the matter would be taken to its logical consequence within a time bound schedule.
2.The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the respondents-Corporation shall remain bound by the same.
3.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
