The third petitioner had applied for the issue of a building permit. Thereafter the property had been transferred to petitioners 1 and 2. Petitioners 1 and 2 have requested the respondents to substitute their names in the place of the third petitioner. They complain that, no action has been taken in the matter. Ext.P9, which is a copy of their representation, is pending. Receipt of Ext.P9 has been acknowledged by Ext.P10. 2. Senior Counsel Sri.N.Nandakumara Menon who appears for the respondents assures that Ext.P9 would be considered and orders would be passed thereon without delay.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider Ext.P9 representation, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
