1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Savitra Vardhan Singh, learned counsel for Union of India.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition or take appropriate remedy, in view of the fact that his application stands disposed of and he would like to challenge the same also.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is consigned to record.
