JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of certain subsequent developments, it is agreed that the contract in question be treated as null and void without any obligation on either of the parties. This is, however, without in any manner admitting any of the allegation made in the petition against the respondent.

3. The original petition is thus disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
4. It is informed that O.S.A.No.47 of 2014 is to be listed after the disposal of this original petition and that matter would also require only the similar order.
5. Let O.S.A.No.47 of 2014 be listed before the First Bench on 01.02.2017.
(S.K.K., CJ.) 27.01.2017 bbr Note: Copy of this order be placed in O.S.A.No.47 of 2014.
