The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents, more particularly, the 3rd respondent to issue the Hall Tickets for the 25 persons in the S.B.G. Teacher Training Institute, for writing their examination on 25.11.2005.
2. The Court, while admitting the writ petition has not granted any interim order. Considering the fact that the prayer sought for is in respect of the examination which was scheduled on 25.11.2005 and further considering the fact that there no interim order was granted protecting the interest of the petitioner, I find nothing survives to be adjudicated upon further in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
