Heard Mr.B.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskar Pandia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 17.06.2013 in W.P.(MD)No. 9426 of 2013 has been complied with by issuing proceedings dated 03.11.2017.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect.
4.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
