2. Both parties have filed a joint memo dated 13.11.2017 agreeing that the period of the Arbitral Tribunal be extended by a period of six months from 13.11.2017.
3. This petition is ordered in terms of the aforementioned joint memo and the time for passing of the award by the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
