ORDER Both parties and their counsels are present before the Court and has filed a joint Memo.
2. Both parties have admitted the contents of the joint memo and have put their signatures. It is submitted that the respondent has agreed to waive the entire arrears of rent payable and the revision petitioner is at liberty to withdraw the arrears of rent already deposited before the Court. The revision petitioner undertakes to hand over the physical vacant possession of the schedule premises on or before 30.07.2020 without fail.
3. Considering the submissions of the counsels and parties, the joint memo is placed on record.
4. The revision petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
