JUDGMENT / ORDER

Correction Application On the matter being taken up, it is being sought to be suggested that the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund and Misc. Provisions Act are not applicable and the entire amount is to be claimed under Section 70 of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1965. In case petitioner moves any application, then as to whether the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund and Misc. Provisions Act are applicable or not, the concerned society may file objection.
With this observation, present application stands disposed of.
