Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 08.01.2014 in W.P.(MD) No.400 of 2014 has been complied with and produced copy of the proceedings of the Chief Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Palani dated 13.02.2016.
2.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 13.02.2016, passed by the Chief Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Palani, he may pursue such legal remedy for agitating his rights in that regard. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
