Notices on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 2 has been accepted by learned AGA.
Issue notice to the opposite party no.3 returnable at an early date.
Four weeks' time is allowed to file counter affidavit, two weeks' for rejoinder affidavit. List thereafter.
Till the next date of listing or till filing of charge-sheet, whichever is earlier, the petitioner shall not be arrested in case crime no. 4818/2009, under Sections 363, 366 and 368 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, district Faizabad.
