It is made clear that it would not be open to the petitioner to challenge the order rejecting his application for interim relief by order dated 05.10.2018, placed on record alongwith a supplementary affidavit. We are making such observation, since counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not prepared to deposit anything, unless his appeal is finally decided.
