JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.586 of 2012 of the Kasaragod Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, apprehends arrest and has filed the application.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It is submitted that the petitioner availed housing loan of 12.5 lakhs from the branch of Corporation Bank of which the de facto complainant is the Manager on the security 13.5 cents. Petitioner produced possession certificate and location sketch. Later it was revealed that the same are forged documents. The Village officer concerned revealed that he has not issued any such certificate or sketch and that the signature and seal affixed thereon are forged. It is also revealed that the petitioner availed loan from the State Bank of Travancore on the security of the land while he is constructing a building.
3. Learned counsel submits that the allegations are not true. According to the learned counsel, it is only a civil dispute.
4. Having regard to the nature of allegations and the

2 investigation required to be done, request for pre-arrest bail cannot be allowed.
Application is dismissed.
