Yesterday dictation of the order commended, however due to paucity of time, dictation of the order was differed and the hearing was differed and was adjourned to today.
Today learned advocates appearing in the three applications viz. Criminal Misc. Application No.15145 of 2012, Criminal Misc. Application No.14318 of 2012 and Criminal Misc. Application No.14798 of 2012 submitted that apart from the request to recall the order dated 24.9.2012, in the said application the applicants have also prayed for certain other / additional relief/s including the relief for direction for further investigation.
Having regard to the said aspect, it is requested that some time may be granted to the applicants before completing the dictation of order so that the further course of action which may be required in the event the said three applications also may stand disposed of upon withdrawal of the petition in view of the request, stipulation and submission made by learned advocate for the petitioner in Criminal Misc. Application No.13802 of 2012, can be considered by the applicants.
Therefore, in view of the request made by learned advocate for the applicants, further dictation of order is adjourned.
