This application under Section 482 was taken up on 11.12.2018 and on that day the learned counsel for the applicant made a prayer that the matter be adjourned for some other day to enable the counsel to have instruction in the matter as the matter is quite old one. And accordingly, 20th December, 2018 was fixed.
Today, the counsel for the applicant is not present. This Application under Section 482 is of the year 2005.
As the learned counsel for the applicant is not present, it appears that either the application is rendered infructuous due to efflux of time or the applicants are is no more interested in pursuing the case. The application is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
