The petitioner died on 21.8.2011 leaving behind Kamran Ahmad and Smt. Shahnaz Begum as his legal heirs and representatives. The application is allowed. In front of the name of petitioner, the word since deceased be mentioned and his legal heirs Kamran Ahmad and Smt. Shahnaz Begum be impleaded/substituted. The substitution be carried out within within three days.
