The present contempt application has been filed for willful disobedience of the order dated 18.7.2017 passed in Writ-C No. 30942 of 2017 (Madarsa Aliya Jafariya Naugawa Sadat And Another Vs. U.P. Shiya Central Board Of Waqf And Another).
As it has been claimed that the said order has been served upon to the opposite party on 31.7.2017, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter and the contempt application is liable to be rejected on the ground of limitation. However, it is always open to the applicant to press his grievance before the appropriate forum.
With the above, the present contempt application stands
disposed of.
