No one appears for petitioner.
This writ petition is of the year 2008. The relief claimed therein is for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.5 to take immediate steps against the respondent nos. 7 and 8, who are hardened and desperate criminals and land grabbers in order to ensure protection of life and property of the petitioner including his family members.
Till date no one has appeared to argue this case.
On 11.12.2018, the Court directed the case to be listed in the ordinary course, as no one appeared for the petitioner. On 20.11.2018 an illness slip has been sent by Sri Durgesh Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Today also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner does not have any interest to pursue the case.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
