Sri Sudhir Mehrotra, learned Special Counsel appearing on behalf of the Allahabad High Court, has made a statement at the Bar that the entire salary, as directed by the order of this Court dated 02.08.2013 passed in Writ-A No. 13189 of 2007, has been paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the present contempt application has become infructous.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by Sri Sudhir Mehrotra, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
