Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has not taken the steps in accordance with the order dated 27.10.2018 and he does not want to press this petition.
Accordingly, the prayer made is allowed and the application is dismissed as not pressed with no fresh liberty to file subsequent Habeas Corpus petition raising the same issue.
