Having heard learned counsel for both the sides, the application is allowed in terms of Para-6(A). Registry is directed to issue Demand Draft in the name of the applicant herein for the amount stated in the prayer-clause.

It is, however, clarified that the above payment is made towards full and final settlement of the amount of Gratuity and in future no claim towards Gratuity shall be entertained by the respondent-Corporation either from the applicant or any person claiming to be his legal heir. With the above clarification, the application stands disposed of.
